1. For the antennae, thread each of 2 straight pins with a black seed bead. Apply a bit of white glue to the pin shaft. Insert into the points of black fabric.
2. For the eyes, thread each of 2 straight pins with a black sequin, then a button. Audition placement of the eyes on the ladybug face. Pull the pins out slightly, then add a bit of white glue to the shaft under the buttons. Push the pins back in place. Let dry.
